Hello! When this post goes live I will be on a plane on my way to New York City!!!! What posts have you enjoyed most this month? What have you learned from me? Have you made my chili? It’s amazing I know!
As I was getting ready to leave for New York I thought more and more about all the places in the world I would like to visit! I have always had a desire to travel and the list of places I want to go to is endless.
I have already visited China back in 2008 where I had the time of my life but it was full of strict schedules, tour buses, and touristy things. I would love to go back now and explore as a local rather than a tourist.
So here is a list of some of the places in the world I would love to visit before I die!
I think I want to visit Ireland because I love the idea of that country. I want to see the rolling hills, castles, and all the generic sights.
After my family returned from China we had an assignment in school to do a report on a country. My best friend did hers on Cambodia and she reported that children dig through the garbage for food. So we always said we would travel there and help those children.
My ancestors are from Denmark and I think it would be so amazing to visit the cities my family lived in before they crossed the pond and came to America. Just to walk the streets they did would be so incredible.
Paris France, ever since I was little I have wanted to see the Eiffel Tower. I don’t care if it is over rated, totally white girl or what ever you wanna call it. I want to see the Eiffel tower all lit up at night!
These are only a few of the places in the world I want to see, but I don’t want see them through a tour bus. I want to see them on my own accord; I want to wander the streets of these places and learn from them.
Thank you for reading today’s blog post! Tomorrow is going to be a list of things you always forget when traveling! Be prepared!
